May 13th, 2014 — Ten years back there were low rise condominiums all over the city of Vancouver wrapped in blue tarpaulins while their leaks were being repaired. In the last year of so the odd concrete high rise has appeared similarly clad. This building on Beach Avenue near the Burrard Street Bridge has been covered up for almost a year. There are sure to be more like it in the future.
