September 30th, 1976 — It was one of those really ordinary pictures that newspapers must have; an illustration about the no smoking regulations introduced by the city of Vancouver. Normally the resulting picture is a boring setup but not this time; just a bit of serendipity as I walked through The Bay in downtown Vancouver. Taken sometime in the 1970’s.
