December 7th, 2014 — Bike lanes are a contentious issue in Vancouver. All the more so when they appear almost unused on a sunny, reasonably warm, Sunday afternoon in December and there is a line up of cars restricted from using an entire lane over the Burrard Street Bridge that in the past was dedicated to automobiles.
